Return/ Exchange Policy
All products are final sale, there are no returns or exchanges for items you purchased.
If you have an issue with one of our disposable pens, pen cartridges and pen batteries within 14 business days of receiving your order, please send customer service a short video. The video should show the issue at hand and show the oil levels in the cartridge. If it's proven to be defective, we will provide further action based on a case-by-case scenario. We do not replace or refund vape products that have been damaged by human error, such as,(but not limited to): altering the items, dropping the item, or prolonged usage of the item.
Please contact Customer Service within 30 days if an unused and unopened edible product is:
- Damaged- we require a photo of your item with a description (including invoice #). We will review your item to determine if it has a fault. If it is proven, we will either replace or provide a store credit to your account. We do not replace items that have been damaged by human error, including but not limited to: melting, not storing the items correctly, or not consuming them before an expiry date.
- Wrong item- we require a photo of the item in the vacuum sealed bag, and with the poly-mailer bag showing the invoice #. We will verify with our inventory team and if proven, we will ship the correct item at our expense. We will not be replacing items that were ordered wrong, please verify your cart at the checkout before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that have been damaged during shipping.
We will only be communicating with the account holder for any claims.
