Why is my Shipping Name Locked?

To adhere to our 19yr+ policy for age verification, your FIRST and LAST name will be locked in the shipping fields. These fields match your approved ID document and selfie you submitted when you created your account. 

You are able to make changes to your shipping address, but if you need to make changes to your First or Last name fields, you will have to email [email protected] with your new matching ID documents.
